TCG Partnered with OTR Transportation, Inc. to transform their new downtown Chicago spaqce into a headquateres worthy of their next chapter. Exposed brick and timber meet custom millwork

and a fabricated quartz service bar, with glass-enclosed meeting rooms adding light and openness throughout. The result: a collaborative workspace built to support OTR’s team as they grow.
