Atria Health and Research Institute is one of the country’s most ambitious preventive healthcare providers — a membership-based practice offering concierge medicine, advanced diagnostics, and longevity-focused care across locations in New York City and Palm Beach. Every space they occupy is an extension of that commitment to excellence.
Working through general contractor Hudec, TCG was engaged to bring the Palm Beach facility’s interior millwork to life. The environment demanded materials, craftsmanship, and an attention to detail commensurate with the practice itself — and that’s exactly the kind of project our team is built for.
As work progressed, the general contractor assigned additional responsibilities beyond the original scope — a clear signal of confidence in TCG’s performance. We absorbed the added scope without disrupting pace or quality, delivering everything on time.

The Atria engagement required both breadth and precision. TCG managed the full range of interior millwork elements across the facility — from the sweeping arched millwork case openings that define the building’s character to the functional details that make a medical environment truly perform.
