When Cushman & Wakefield engaged TCG to execute a coordinated branch refresh program for a financial institution client, the mandate was unambiguous: keep every location operational throughout construction. No closures. No disruptions to the financial advisors and clients depending on these spaces every day.
This is a program, not a project. Running multiple sites simultaneously — each in a different municipality, each with its own permitting requirements and inspection timelines, across multiple states — demands a level of logistical discipline that goes well beyond individual project management. TCG coordinated staggered schedules across nine locations, managing independent trade crews in each market while holding a consistent finish standard from branch to branch.
Brand consistency was non-negotiable. The financial institution maintains exacting standards across its national network — the same palette, the same materials, the same quality at every branch. Achieving that uniformity across nine independent builds, with local subcontractors in different markets across Illinois, Texas, and New York, requires central coordination and strong on-site leadership. TCG delivered every location on schedule, to brand standard, with zero safety incidents across the full program.

Each branch refresh covered the complete interior buildout cycle. The scope was not limited to cosmetic updates — it ran through every major trade, from selective demolition and partition framing through mechanical upgrades, finish work, and final inspections. Managing this consistently across nine independent sites, in multiple permitting jurisdictions across three states, required a program-level approach that few contractors are built to execute.
One standardized process. One point of accountability. TCG owns the schedule, the trades, and the coordination at every location — one team answerable for the finished branch, start to finish. Fire protection coordination and permit closeout are handled in-house, with proactive status updates and photo-documented punch and closeout per branch.
Pre-Construction & Demolition
Selective demolition of targeted interior elements; project planning and permit coordination across each municipality and jurisdiction.
Structure & Systems
Framing and partition modifications; electrical upgrades and reconfiguration; plumbing adjustments and new fixture installations; HVAC and mechanical updates; fire protection coordination.

Drywall installation and finishing; interior painting in the client's brand-specific colors; flooring replacement and installation throughout.
Hardware & Closeout
Door and hardware installations for security and accessibility; inspections and permit closeout in all jurisdictions; final punchlist and handover at each location.
